Dr vera helped me so much with tmj pain and grinding! She recommended the perfect mouthguard and measured it perfectly I didn’t even need adjustments. Her office is clean and very comfortable. The smiling welcome you receive from staff upon arrival is just the cherry on top!

I have been a patient at College Station Modern Dentistry for 10 years or more, and in the beginning, they were outstanding. The front office staff was always welcoming, organized, and genuinely kind. That's one of the reasons I stayed with the practice for so many years. Unfortunately, over the past few years, I've watched the practice change. There seems to be constant turnover in the front office, and the level of customer service has become very inconsistent. Some staff members are wonderful, while others come across as dismissive or rude. Scheduling has also become increasingly frustrating. Appointments are frequently canceled or rescheduled, often with very little notice. As someone with a busy schedule, it's incredibly difficult to rearrange work and other commitments. Most recently, I received a call informing me that an appointment (which had already been pushed back once) needed to be canceled again. I was then told they couldn't get me back on the schedule for months. After waiting that long already, that was simply unacceptable. It feels like the practice has become overbooked, and patient care has suffered as a result. Longer wait times and repeated scheduling issue

I will definitely be switching to this dental office. I was having sudden wisdom tooth pain and called them 10 minutes before they closed and they were still able to fit me in next business day as a new patient. They were even able to schedule me for surgery the next day for extractions! I would like to give the coordinator Fatima a big shoutout, she was very helpful during this whole process and very kind. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Vera and her assistant, Catherine, were very professional, skillful and understanding. They were able to make the accomodations needed for my particular medical issues. Dr. Vera explained the upcoming crown procedure so that I could prepare for it. Being in my 6th decade and having lived in various parts of the world, I can say she is one of the best dentists I have ever had. I highly recommend her.

I'm leaving a mixed review because my experience here had both positives and negatives. The dentists themselves are very professional, kind, and do great work. I never felt judged by the providers and I appreciate the quality of care during my visits. However, my experiences with the front desk staff were unfortunately not as positive. I sometimes felt that questions about scheduling or finances were handled in a dismissive or condescending way, which made me uncomfortable. When you're dealing with long term treatment plans and expensive dental work, its important for patients to feel respected and supported when asking those questions. Because of this I ultimately decided to continue my dental care elsewhere. I do think the dentists here are skilled, but the overall patient experience could improve better communication from the front desk.
